The police have arrested four more people in connection with the turf action at Grimsås mosse in Tranemo municipality, writes Borås tidning.

The climate activists are suspected of gross trespassing.

Two are detained and the additional two are arrested so far, says Jonas Berntsson, duty prosecutor at Borås police to the newspaper.

On Tuesday, seven climate activists were arrested and detained who tried to prevent peat extraction.

Even last week, people are said to have been in the area with the intention of hindering the activities related to peat extraction, which has been the subject of protests for several years.
