A man in his 30s is sentenced to over three years in prison and deportation for the rape of a girl, reports P4 Jämtland.
The rape occurred at a hotel in Östersund in May this year. In connection with the incident, the affected girl was filmed and photographed, according to Östersunds-Posten. The now convicted man has since shared the files with other people.
The man is convicted despite his denial of rape of a child.
In addition to the prison sentence, he is sentenced to pay damages of 265,000 kronor and to deportation from Sweden with a ban on returning, according to P4.
The man is reported to have been previously convicted of another rape.
