An elderly man has died from his injuries after being hit by a truck outside Falun on Monday afternoon, the police write.
The accident occurred at low speed at a traffic control point when a truck with a trailer was to be parked.
The crime classification is reckless driving and bodily harm, but no one has been suspected of a crime.
"The cause of the accident will be investigated impartially", the police write. The truck and trailer have been seized for technical examination.
The man's relatives have been informed.
