Chinese Huawei reports rising revenues for the sixth quarter in a row. A total of 239 billion Chinese yuan, approximately 342 billion Swedish kronor, means that revenues increased by 33 percent compared to the same period in 2023.
The company, which has been questioned globally and whose components have been banned due to security concerns, is said to have taken market shares on its home turf from, among others, Apple.
During the first half of the year, it delivered 22.2 million smartphones in China, an increase of 55 percent compared to the previous year. This at the same time as, for example, Apple's sales in China fell by 6.5 percent in June.
