The retail chain Rusta reports a net sales of 3,069 million kronor for the first quarter of the broken fiscal year. This is an increase of 3.7 percent compared to the same period last year.
The operating profit landed at 351 million kronor, compared to 298 million the year before. Rusta's CEO Göran Westerberg writes in a comment that the company's "clear low-price position continues to attract customers during the recession".
