In August, billionaire Elon Musk sued Open AI, the company behind Chat GPT, and its CEO Sam Altman. According to Musk, the company is trying to gain a monopoly on the AI market and distort competition.
In an extended lawsuit filed in a California court on Friday, Elon Musk has also added Open AI's major owner Microsoft as a counterpart, since the company is allegedly involved in the plans according to Musk.
Musk, who was recently tasked by Donald Trump to streamline the US government, writes, among other things, that Open AI uses aggressive recruitment. He also expresses concern over the company's agreements with the US Department of Defense.
