Now the criticized teleservice company Effective Communication is striking back after the latest days' reporting on aggressive sales methods targeted at the elderly.
According to the company, Kombispel, which is a subsidiary of the Social Democratic A-lotteries, has had full insight.
"It is always our clients who set the framework for our cooperation, also with Kombispel," the company writes in a comment, reports Expressen and TV4 News.
Effective Communication further states that Kombispel has given the green light for the sales scripts used and provided the company with call lists.
"We have had recurring quality meetings during our cooperation and we have not received any indications that there would be dissatisfaction from them," the company writes in a comment.
