Carlsberg buys British soft drink manufacturer

The previous bid was rejected. Carlsberg then submitted a new bid, which has now been approved by the soft drink manufacturer Britvic, announces the Danish company.

This concerns a bid of 29 billion Danish kroner (approximately 44 billion Swedish kronor), writes the Danish news agency Ritzau.

British Britvic produces, among other things, international soft drinks such as Pepsi, 7UP and Mountain Dew.
