The Öresund Bridge was closed in the direction of Copenhagen during the night to Thursday after a fire, reports Sydsvenskan.
The rescue service was alerted about a car on fire at the bridge abutment on the Outer Ring Road at 02.28. During the extinguishing work, the bridge was closed, but after about 45 minutes, it could be reopened.
The rescue service has extinguished the fire and is now conducting a follow-up check, says Annelie Silveira, team leader at SOS Alarm, to Sydsvenskan.
No one is reported to have been injured in connection with the fire.
