They have long been one of the most talked-about couples in the British entertainment world, but now it's over between rapper Stormzy and Swedish-descent TV star Maya Jama.
"Recently, we came to the conclusion that it's over", they write in a joint statement on Instagram.
Stormzy, 30, and Maya Jama, 29, became a couple back in 2014, but broke up five years later. Last year, they found their way back to each other.
Maya Jama is one of Britain's biggest TV stars and is, among other things, the host of the reality hit "Love Island", whose latest season is currently being broadcast on British TV. She was born in Bristol to a Somali father and a Swedish mother.
Their relationship with Stormzy, who is one of Britain's biggest rappers, has been closely followed in the British media. But now it's over.
"We decided to make one last attempt in August 2023 and we've tried our best over the past year to make it work. But recently, we came to the conclusion that it's over", write Maya Jama and Stormzy in their statement.
