A 14-year-old boy is being treated in hospital with life-threatening injuries after a skiing accident on Friday, reports Jönköpings-Posten.
The incident occurred in a ski slope outside Småland's Skillingaryd.
According to reports, the boy lost control and skied through a safety net, then hit his head and landed by a stream.
The boy was taken to the university hospital in Linköping, where he was anesthetized and is now being treated.
