After the notorious bill of over 80,000 kronor at the Atmosfär restaurant in Malmö, a man and a woman were also suspected of child marriage offenses.
The suspicions arose since pictures were found on a mobile phone from what is believed to be a wedding party that took place in March 2022. In the pictures, the couple's underage daughter was dressed in what was deemed to be a wedding dress.
Now, prosecutor Pia Björnsson has decided to drop the suspicions, writes Sydsvenskan.
It can't be proven. It's something that should have happened a long time ago. We've investigated it as far as we could, she says to the newspaper.
