Train traffic between Uppsala and Gävle has come to a standstill after an accident occurred just north of Tierp.
No SJ train was involved in the accident.
Train traffic on the routes Stockholm C-Sundsvall C-Umeå C, Stockholm C-Gävle C-Ljusdal and Stockholm C-Östersund C-Duved has been affected by the accident.
Just before 6 pm, the traffic stop was lifted and the trains are rolling again. Some subsequent delays are occurring, writes SJ on its website.
