Marieviks Kajbad is a public swimming facility on the quay promenade in Marievik, near Sjövikskajen and Sjövikstorget. It has three pools filled with lake water and four piers, with benches and other places to sit. The facility extends 44 metres into the water and has views of Årstaviken.

The pools include a children’s pool with a bottom and walls, where the water is 80 to 100 centimetres deep; a pool for activities with a two-metre diving tower; and a 25-metre pool for lap swimming. The bath is open all year. In winter, a current keeps one pool free of ice for cold-water swimming. During summer, bathing staff are there in daytime every day for cleaning and general upkeep. Entry is free.

Bathing is at your own risk, and the site is not supervised. Swimming is allowed only in the pools. Fences and nets under the piers separate the bathing area from the shipping lane. The city advises keeping a close watch on children and anyone who cannot swim. There is lifesaving equipment at the site. Dogs are banned from the piers from 1 June to 31 August.

Wheelchair users can go onto the piers, but the ramps are steep. The pier surface is about 70 centimetres above the water. The children’s pool has tiered steps and handrails; the other pools have ladders. The site is reached by paved and asphalt paths and pavements. The city says the area has nearby subway and tram stops within walking distance, and a commuter train station nearby, reached via the new lift to Årstabron. Restaurants, shops and a waterfront promenade are also close by.
