Sjövikskajen is a municipal bathing area in Liljeholmen, Stockholm. Three piers extend from the quay by Sjövikstorget, and the piers are officially open for swimming. During summer, buoys mark the bathing area’s boundary with boat traffic and alert passing boats that swimmers may be in the water. Life-saving equipment is available at the bath.
There is no changing room, public toilet or shower at the site. Diving from the piers is prohibited because chains in the water can be difficult to see. Dogs are prohibited on the piers from June 1 through August 31, except guide and assistance dogs. That seasonal dog ban is not in force this week, in early November.
The address is Sjövikskajen 16. Årstadal tram stop is 500 metres away, Liljeholmen metro station is 850 metres away, and Årstaberg commuter rail station is 1,200 metres away. Paid parking is available nearby.
