Vinterviksbadet is a municipal swimming beach in Aspudden, in the Vinterviken inlet. Its small sandy beach slopes gently into the water, and there is no jetty. A buoy line marks the swimming area. Grassy areas provide space to sit in the sun, with tables and benches nearby. Seasonal toilets and rescue equipment are provided at the beach. The city says divers search the bottom before the bathing season and that the beach is cleaned daily during the season.

The beach is reached from Vinterviksvägen by paved park paths. Gröndal tram stop is a short walk away; another route is to walk along the water from Aspudden. Parking is limited, with spaces about 1 kilometre away. A café near the beach is open daily.

Vinterviksparken has remaining brick buildings from Alfred Nobel’s 19th-century dynamite factory, as well as sheds and homes from different periods. Woods and rocky slopes between Vinterviken and Lake Trekanten form a protected biotope area. Dogs are banned from the marked beach area from June 1 to August 31. Elsewhere in Stockholm’s public spaces, dogs must be kept on a leash year-round.
