Koka’s stated ambition is to lead modern West Swedish gastronomy. Visit Sweden says the restaurant has a Michelin star and offers four-, five- and seven-course menus. It says Koka mainly works with local producers, growers and breeders. The restaurant is certified and says it tries to maintain an environmental mindset.

A gift card can be used at Koka and at two other restaurants in Kock & Vingruppen, Familjen and Björns Bar. Buyers choose the amount and the number of cards. The cards are delivered by email and can be printed or shown on a phone when redeemed. Each card is valid for one year from its issue date. A receipt is provided with the purchase; it does not include VAT, because VAT is charged only when the card is used.

The menus come in three course-count options: four, five or seven courses. The gift card’s value is chosen by the buyer, and the card can be redeemed at any of the three restaurants in the group. The venue’s gift-card information describes email delivery and two ways to present the card when using it: as a printout or on a phone.
