Star in brutal crash – to undergo head surgery
The French star Cyprien Sarrazin crashed badly on the official training session ahead of Saturday's World Cup downhill race in Bormio. The Frenchman had to be taken away by helicopter and is conscious, but has suffered a bleeding between the brain and skull bone and must undergo surgery.
