No crime behind death at Skara Sommarland
There was no crime behind the drowning accident at Skara Sommarland last summer, when a ten-year-old boy died. The preliminary investigation into suspected manslaughter has therefore been discontinued, announces the Prosecution Authority.
Prosecution: Threatened themselves with death 40 times
A person reported to the police that they had been threatened with death, among other things, around 40 times. Now the former congregation employee is being prosecuted for false alarm and risks four years in prison, writes the newspaper Mitt i Stockholm.
After the Fatal Accident: "Staff in Psychological Shock"
Parks and Resorts, which operates Skara Sommarland, has reported the incident where a 10-year-old boy lost his life as a serious incident to the Work Environment Authority. At the same time, the criminal investigation into the accident continues.
Hazardous Mosquito Patches Sold in Sweden
Patches that are supposed to keep mosquitoes away are being sold in Sweden - despite being illegal and hazardous to health. The effect of mosquito patches is also being questioned by experts.
