Employers' view of older workers outdated, says Swedish Public Employment Service
Unemployment among older people is generally a little lower than for other groups. But once older people lose their jobs, they have a harder time finding a new one. Age discrimination is one explanation, according to a report from the Swedish Public Employment Service (AF).
