EU-blåkort

A residence and work permit for highly qualified employment, available to citizens of countries outside the EU. It requires a job offer with a salary above a set threshold and either a higher education degree or, in some occupations, relevant professional experience.

The EU Blue Card gives somewhat easier rules than an ordinary work permit, for example on changing jobs and on moving within the EU after a period, and family members can come with you.
