Experienced HR Business Partner for Global Energy Company

Would you like to work strategically and operationally in a world-leading, global organisation driving the green energy transition? We are now looking for an experienced HR Business Partner Specialist Professional for a consultancy assignment of approximately 1 year, starting this autumn.
In this role, you will be employed as a consultant by Lundin & Boström and hired out to our client. There is a good chance that the assignment will be extended.

About the role
As an HR Business Partner at specialist level, you will act as a strategic adviser and expert for the organisation’s leaders. You will handle complex issues and independently drive major projects with minimal supervision. You will also be expected to coach colleagues and delegate work to less experienced members of the HR team.
Your main responsibilities include:

HR consultancy and coaching: Support managers and leaders in resolving complex personnel and workplace culture issues. Provide expertise in employment law, recruitment, offboarding, performance management and compensation.

Change management: Support the organisation during organisational changes and talent integration.

Implementation of HR programmes: Communicate the business value of different HR initiatives and roll out global programmes smoothly, minimising disruption to the business.

Talent supply and strategic planning: Work with management teams and recruitment teams on succession planning and the development of key talent.

Location and flexibility
The role will primarily be based in Ludvika, but Västerås may also be an option. Travel between these locations is part of the role.

Hybrid working: Remote working is possible after the induction period has been completed.

Your profile
To succeed in this role, you have extensive professional experience in HR and a relevant university education. You are used to handling difficult and complex issues in a business-focused way.
Requirements for the role:

Several years’ experience in qualified HR work at both strategic and operational levels

Fluent English, spoken and written (Swedish is not a requirement for the role, but is considered an advantage).

Experience leading and independently driving major HR projects.

Desirable:

Experience working in a global matrix organisation.

Experience from EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) projects, particularly in relation to construction and civil engineering sites.
