Donald Trump has previously warned that the entire USA can become like Detroit if rival Kamala Harris wins the presidential election.
I believe that Detroit and some of our areas make us a developing nation, said Trump at an election rally in the Detroit suburb of Novi on Saturday.
He said that many want him to say that Detroit is good, but that he believes the city needs help. He promised to restore Detroit's pioneering car industry through tariffs on foreign cars.
