It is the British police who have taken the case to court to gain access to money from the Tate family and a woman. The money has been frozen in seven bank accounts.

According to the police's lawyer, the Tate brothers have been notorious tax evaders and have not paid tax on 21 million pounds in revenue from their internet-based companies between 2014 and 2022.

According to Judge Paul Goldspring, the transactions that the brothers engaged in were simply tax fraud.

The controversial Andrew Tate was banned from Tiktok, Youtube, and Facebook in 2022 after being accused of spreading hate rhetoric and misogynistic comments. He and his brother are suspected in Romania of, among other things, human trafficking and money laundering. They are also suspected of other crimes in the UK.

The brothers deny the allegations.
