OPEC is once again lowering its forecast for oil demand in the world this year. The oil price is falling.
The cooperative organization is now expecting the global demand for oil to increase by around two percent this year. This would mean 106,000 barrels of oil less in daily consumption than previously estimated.
On the financial markets, the oil price is dropping to just over 77 dollars per barrel of North Sea oil, compared to 78 dollars in the morning.
