146,000 new jobs were created in the private sector in the USA in November, according to monthly statistics from payroll administrator ADP.
This was a sharp decline compared to 184,000 new jobs in the sector in October, according to revised figures. Initially, this monthly figure was 233,000.
The decline was also slightly larger than expected. The average forecast among analysts was 150,000 new jobs in November, according to Bloomberg's compilation.
