According to the trade union, the same agreement as Transport recently signed was offered, without any of the changes the union had demanded.
"This was substantively empty and exactly the same thing as we rejected a week ago," says union chairman Martin Berg in a press release.
The employer, Swedish Ports, is sharply critical.
"HF risks the Swedish model through attempts to push aside Transport's already signed agreement, the so-called first-hand agreement. This, Swedish Ports cannot accept," says chief negotiator Johan Grauers in a comment.
