Norwegian Crown Princess Mette-Marit's son Marius Borg Høiby is being investigated for further crimes. He admitted to assault against his partner last week.
The new allegations, according to the newspaper Aftenposten, concern threats made over the phone against a woman he is suspected of having been violent towards.
Marius Borg Høiby has also been reported to the police for stealing an electric scooter, according to information from Norwegian TV2.
The formal charges do not include allegations of violence against two ex-girlfriends who have accused him of violence and threats. Both have been questioned by the police.
Marius Borg Høiby was scheduled to be questioned on Thursday, but the questioning has been postponed until next week.
Marius Borg Høiby has no royal title and has chosen to live his life outside the spotlight.
