The truck manufacturer AB Volvo and its German competitor Daimler Trucks have now finalized their plans for a joint venture.
The collaboration was presented already in May and concerns the development of software for heavy vehicles. The companies have now signed a binding agreement, according to a press release.
The companies remain competitors in all other areas.
