The 14-year-old girl was found dead in an industrial area in Landskrona on Tuesday night, July 23. The preliminary investigation reveals that she had gone there believing she was going to a pyjama party.

Two teenage girls are suspected of murdering the 14-year-old girl, but one of them is only 13 years old and therefore not criminally responsible. In her case, the Lund District Court will clarify what she is guilty of. Then, the social services will assess what measures are needed.

The Lund District Court has already established that the evidence is convincing against the 15-year-old. The prosecutor has requested that she be sentenced to four years of closed youth care.
