Sturehof

Sturehof is a brasserie at Stureplan 2 in central Stockholm. Visit Stockholm describes it as a social stage in the city’s entertainment precinct and says it has several bars. The restaurant’s menu draws on French and Swedish food traditions, with a focus on fish and seafood. It changes daily, pairing classics with newly composed dishes. Sturehof says it uses fresh produce from its own gardens and fish from its fishing boat.

Just to the right of the restaurant, the matbar serves seasonal small and medium-sized dishes. The venue suggests it for an after-work visit, lunch or dinner with friends, and offers table booking. Groups can book lunch or dinner in one of four private rooms upstairs.

For December, Sturehof describes a Christmas service in its salons, with a menu that combines tradition and creative interpretations. Visit Stockholm says the alfresco section is a summer feature at Stureplan, where it is a place to see and be seen.
