AG is a meat-focused restaurant on Kungsholmen, in a former silver workshop once used by Hallbergs silversmiths. The restaurant says its name comes from Ag, the chemical symbol for silver. Designer Jonas Bohlin created the interior, which includes tiles, lights from Småland, leather from Tärnsjö and custom-made chairs.

The restaurant dry-ages meat on site, with cuts displayed in a large fridge by the entrance. It says the meat is hand-selected and delivered by Scan. The menu also includes other dishes, and its selection changes with local, seasonal ingredients: the restaurant gives game in winter and lamb in spring as examples. A typical meal, according to AG, starts with a drink at the bar and shared starters before the main course.

The restaurant is open Monday to Thursday from 17:00 to midnight, Friday from 17:00 to 01:00, Saturday from 13:00 to 01:00 and Sunday from 17:00 to midnight. The bar opens at 16:00 on Saturdays. AG is cashless, and pets are not allowed inside.
