Prinsessan Estelles Skulpturpark is a permanent sculpture park in the Rosendal area of Kungliga Djurgården, in central Stockholm. Prinsessan Estelles Kulturstiftelse was founded in 2019 with the aim of establishing the park. Visitors can see six contemporary works named by Visit Stockholm: Alice Aycock’s Hoop-La, Elmgreen & Dragset’s Life Rings, Yinka Shonibare CBE’s Wind Sculpture in Bronze I, Charlotte Gyllenhammar’s Osagd, Giuseppe Penone’s The Inner Flow of Life and Monika Sosnowska’s Museum.
Cristina Iglesias is the park’s artist of the year for 2026, with the sculpture Aurora Borealis Star Dome. The foundation arranges related activities and art education programmes in connection with new acquisitions. It says these programmes aim to encourage curiosity, give visitors knowledge about art and contribute to wider interest in contemporary art. The sculptures and the foundation’s programmes offer two ways to engage with the park: viewing the works and taking part in activities around contemporary art.
