Bar Central is a restaurant, bistro and bar on Södermalm serving Central European food with roots in Germany, Austria and Hungary. Its menu includes veal schnitzel with anchovy-and-caper butter, lemon, salad and fries; classic schweinshaxe with bread dumpling and Pilsner Urquell; and vegan roasted celeriac with aubergine, ajvar and spinach.

Other listed choices include fried pig ears and pickles with sour cream and honey. Classic langos comes with sour cream, grated Gruyère and silver onion.
