Eva Landberg of Roslagens fornminnes- och hembygdsförening will talk about photographers who had studios in Norrtälje and show settings and portraits from their work. The programme is part of Roslagsmuseet’s monthly Thursday evenings, which explore themes connected with current exhibitions. Drawing on the museum’s photo collection, the exhibition looks back at everyday life, including pets, vanished neighbourhoods and people captured in the moment. It also asks what photographs can tell us about the past, even when information about some images is missing.

The talk will interest visitors keen to explore local history through photography. Roslagsmuseet says its programme evenings have limited seating, with a maximum of 50 people, and no advance booking.
