These afternoon lectures in Norrtälje focus on how everyday habits affect brain health. The organisers say eating, physical activity and social contact matter, and research indicates that people can influence several factors associated with cognitive decline and dementia.

The programme introduces the FINGER model and considers how lifestyle choices may support brain health. Speakers will share research, information and practical advice for everyday use. The sessions are intended for the general public as well as people working in health care, social care or health promotion. They take place at Campus Roslagen in room Sjösala. Advance registration is required because places are limited, and the registration deadline is 5 November.
