Tivoli is an amusement park and garden in central Copenhagen, founded in 1843. The venue describes itself as the world’s second-oldest amusement park. Visitors come for rides, restaurants, concerts and theatre and dance performances.
The park has more than 30 rides. Its welcome page lists more than 60 places to eat, while its Christmas programme advertises more than 30 restaurants and other dining venues. Tivoli’s Christmas programme is scheduled for 13 November to 3 January. It includes a Christmas market on Plænen, festive lights and seasonal food. The programme also lists Gregory Porter’s “Christmas Wish” concerts on 1 and 2 December.
The website says some performances and events are included in the admission ticket, but gives no ticket price in the material available here. It does not state how long to allow for a visit or give opening hours. The park also has Tivoli Concert Hall and Glassalen, which host theatre experiences for adults and children. A Tivoli Revue is announced for Glassalen from 3 June 2027.
