Kosta Glassworks, also called Kosta glasbruk, is a museum in Kronoberg. Wikidata gives 1742 as its founding or opening date. KostaBoda’s website presents glass objects in categories including tableware and interior objects, alongside named collections and designers.
The online range includes Kappa Mini vases, described as mouth-blown and made in playful shapes and colours. Other listed pieces include a 350 mm Rocky Baroque vase by Hanna Hansdotter, a 195 mm Meadow vase by Sara Persson, and a 270 mm Crackle vase by Åsa Jungnelius. The site also features Viva, a collection by Matti Klenell with products for hot and cold drinks.
Two pieces draw on familiar forms: Kosta House, by Bertil Vallien, is based on a simple house shape and cast in solid glass; Kosta Horse is a glass interpretation of the Swedish Dala horse. These examples give visitors a sense of the forms and designers represented in KostaBoda’s online range.
