UK Supreme Court Rules 'Woman' Defined by Birth Biology

The Supreme Court in the United Kingdom has ruled that a woman is a person who has been biologically born as a girl. Five Supreme Court judges have unanimously decided that "the terms 'woman' and 'sex' in the Equality Act refer to a biological woman", announces Judge Patrick Hodge.
