Dropped investigation against Jomshof for hate crime

The decision to discontinue the investigation into incitement against a ethnic group against Richard Jomshof (SD) has been upheld after an appeal. Chief Prosecutor Joakim Zander decided to discontinue the investigation at the end of September, as he believed there was no reason to assume that a crime had been committed.
