Pay rises, shorter working hours and overtime compensation for part-time employees. This is what the new collective agreement entails, which the trade union Handels has negotiated with the employer organization Svensk Handel.

That figure must come down, believes the LO union Handels, which is prepared to go on strike over the issue.
