Putin’s United Russia set to keep Duma majority in tightly controlled election
President Vladimir Putin's United Russia party has retained its majority in the State Duma, as expected. The party received almost 58 percent of the vote in this weekend's tightly controlled election. EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas is calling the election a setback for Russian democracy.
