Svahn on the sprint podium: "A little lacking"
Linn Svahn finishes second in the World Cup sprint in classical style, which is stage five of seven in the Tour de Ski. The Swede could not out-sprint the Swiss Nadine Fähndrich on the short final climb in Italian Val di Fiemme and had to settle for a second place in the final.

It was a success for the Swedish team in the qualifying round for the season's first World Cup sprint, in Finnish Ruka. Ten out of twelve blue-yellow skiers qualified for the quarterfinals – but Emma Ribom was later forced to withdraw.
