Volvo Cars fell by twelve percent in May to 59,822 cars, compared to May last year.
The sale of electric cars, pure electric cars and hybrids, accounted for 44 percent of the sales, which was 20 percent fewer than the same month last year, according to a press release.
So far this year, Volvo Cars has lost eight percent in total sales compared to the same period last year.
