Volvo Cars' global sales decreased by 12 percent in June 2025 compared to the same month the previous year. A total of 62,858 cars were sold during the month, according to a press release.
Sales for the first six months of the year amounted to 353,780 cars, which is a decrease of 9 percent compared to the same period in 2024.
The sale of electric cars accounted for 22 percent of total sales in June.
The sales of all electrified models, which include fully electric and plug-in hybrids, fell by 19 percent compared to the same period last year.
The best-selling model in June was the XC60 with 20,706 sold vehicles, followed by the XC40/X40 with 15,442 sold and in third place the XC90 with 8,842 sold vehicles.
