Among other things, pension premiums for one school's staff have not been paid for almost four years. The School Inspectorate also criticizes the school's lack of specialist classrooms for physics, chemistry, woodwork, home economics and physical education, which means that students have to go to other schools to attend lessons in those subjects.
In the second case, the authority finds several serious shortcomings in safety and the learning environment, as well as abusive treatment at the school. The school is also so understaffed that it cannot cope with the work of ensuring safety and addressing abuse, according to the decision.
Around a hundred students are affected by the revoked permits. However, the School Inspectorate's decision can be appealed.
