Toyota is recalling over a million examples of one of Sweden's most common cars, Corolla, due to problems with the brakes, reports Teknikens värld.
The recall includes Toyota Corolla with model years 2022, 2023, and 2024. There is a fault in the software that causes the action and the fault can lead to reduced brake pressure when braking in conjunction with cornering.
According to the newspaper, around 6,500 examples of the car model in Sweden with production dates from May 2022 to November 2024 are affected.
Owners will be contacted by letter and urged to visit their Toyota workshop for a software update.
