Skandia lowers variable mortgage rate – raises others

Skandia lowers its variable interest rate on mortgages with a three-month term by 0.12 percentage points to a list rate of 4.15 percent.

At the same time, they raise the interest rates on mortgages with longer terms, 1-5 years, by 0.18 percentage points, writes Skandia in a press release.

For a one-year loan, the list rate becomes 4.01 percent.
