Sales up for Polestar - continued loss

Electric car manufacturer Polestar's revenue was 36 percent higher in the third quarter compared to last year. But losses remain large.

Revenue came in at $748 million, up 36 percent from the same period last year, which was slightly lower than analysts' forecasts.

Calculated in cars sold, the increase was 13 percent to 14,192 units.

The result after tax was minus $365 million, compared to a loss of $323 million in the third quarter of last year.
