You're not afraid that M and KD will make similar statements?
I think right-wing voters see through the stress from party leaders who want to keep the votes for themselves.
The Tidö parties are several percentage points behind the opposition in the polls and Jimmie Åkesson has said that he is aiming for the prime minister's post in four years instead, in 2030.
If they had reasoned the same way in the last election, the right would not have won. So I think, "eyes on the prize" and keep working forward. The right can absolutely catch up with such a difference in public opinion, says Romina Pourmokhtari.
